These FAQs should help address common concerns and provide clarity on the conveyancing process for your clients. If you need more detailed answers or additional questions, feel free to ask!
Conveyancing is best described as the legal process of transferring property ownership from one person to another. It involves preparing, verifying, and submitting various legal documents to ensure the transaction is legally binding and correctly recorded.
On settlement day, your conveyancer ensures that all documents are signed, and funds are transferred. Once completed, your conveyancer monitors the submission of the necessary paperwork to the land registry to ensure the property title is transferred from the current owner to the new owner. We will handle all aspects of the settlement, so there is no need for you to be present or available on the day.
